Dog Sitter in Sofia: Boarding, Sitting and Walks
Looking for a dog sitter in Sofia? Animalty shows verified sitters near you for home dog boarding, overnight pet sitting at your place and dog walking.
Pet care in Sofia: good to know
Sofia is spread out, so pick a sitter close to home — the search sorts by distance, whether you live in Lozenets, Mladost or the centre. Tell the sitter where your dog likes to walk, such as Borisova Gradina or South Park, and mention in the care plan how it handles snow and cold: winters here are real.
Dog boarding, pet sitting and dog walking in Sofia
Three kinds of care can be booked in Sofia, all with the same care plan and photo updates. • Dog boarding — your pet stays overnight in the sitter’s home. • Pet sitting — a dog sitter or cat sitter stays overnight at your place. • Dog walking and drop-in visits — a 30–60 minute walk, or a visit to feed and check on your cat. Search by date and distance, compare profiles and reviews, and send a booking request. You pay nothing until the sitter accepts.
A pet hotel alternative in Sofia
Looking for a pet hotel in Sofia? Home boarding is a different kind of stay. Instead of a kennel in a facility with many animals, your dog or cat lives as a guest in one sitter’s home: sleeps indoors, eats on its usual schedule and has the same person next to it every day. You choose that person yourself and can meet them before you book.
Verified dog sitters in Sofia
Every sitter passes identity and document checks before their first booking, plus a background check. Reviews come only from completed stays. During the stay the sitter checks in, checks out and sends photos and notes to the booking chat, next to your pet’s care plan.

Dog boarding in Sofia: FAQ
How do I find a dog sitter in Sofia?
Download the Animalty app, add your pet’s profile and search by date and distance. You will see the verified sitters closest to you in Sofia, with their prices, reviews and the pets they take.
Is Animalty a pet hotel in Sofia?
No. Animalty is an alternative to a pet hotel: your pet stays in a verified sitter’s home, or the sitter comes to yours. There are no kennels and no shared facility.
What if my pet needs a vet in Sofia during the stay?
Add your vet’s contact, medications and emergency instructions to the care plan before the stay. The sitter acts on it and messages you straight away, so you decide together what happens next.
Can I book a cat sitter or cat boarding in Sofia?
Yes. Filter sitters by the pets they take. For most cats, drop-in visits or a sitter at home are calmer than moving to another place.
