  • What is the Animalty pet sitting app?

    Animalty is a pet sitting app for iOS and Android. Owners use it as a dog sitter app to find and book verified sitters nearby, and as a pet care app that keeps the pet profile, care plan, vaccinations and booking chat in one place.

  • What happens if my pet gets sick during a stay?

    Your care plan already holds the vet’s contact, medications and emergency instructions, so the sitter knows what to do. They act on it, message you straight away, and everything stays on record in the booking chat.

  • Who are the pet sitters, and how are they checked?

    Every sitter passes identity and document checks with KYC verification before their first booking, plus a background check. Reviews come only from completed stays, and we never delete them.

  • Is Animalty a pet hotel?

    No — it is a pet hotel alternative. Instead of a kennel or a shared facility, your dog or cat stays in a verified sitter’s home (boarding), or the sitter comes to yours (pet sitting). One sitter, your care plan and photo updates every day.

  • Can I meet the dog sitter before booking?

    Yes. Message a sitter from their profile and arrange a meet-up before you confirm. You pay nothing until the sitter accepts the booking.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    Cancel from the booking screen at any time. The refund follows the cancellation policy shown on the sitter’s profile and again in the payment details before you confirm.

  • Which vaccinations do you require?

    Core vaccinations for your pet’s species and age, kept up to date. Add the records to the pet profile once — sitters see the status and you get a reminder before anything expires.

  • Do you cover cats and other pets?

    Dogs and cats today. The pet profile already supports other pets, and we are opening more species as sitters trained for them join.

  • Where can I find a dog sitter with Animalty?

    Animalty works in six countries: Serbia, Montenegro, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia and Armenia — including Belgrade, Budva, Podgorica, Sofia, Limassol, Tbilisi, Batumi and Yerevan. Open the app to see the sitters available near you.
